As easy of a course Buddha was for the drivers, it still created much drama with its second DNF in the track's history, which left Letty with little chance to get back on the final series podium. 

Newcomer Elyse presented a potential threat with a fantastic performance during qualifying to take Pole Position at the start of the race.

The Dice-Prix will be heading to Sotchi on January 13th. The leaders in the standings may be making a final push to distance themselves from any hazards the rest of the field may present, costing them a championship title, which can be a great possibility as the need to perform at the top of their game is extensively demonstrated even from drivers at the bottom of the standings.

Last season, Letty took the title at Sotchi and has shown a strong performance there, allowing her to catch up on the standings.
